A GSA (Guest Service Associate) in Housekeeping is responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas clean and tidy. You ensure a welcoming workplace for guests.
Job Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels.
Vacuum, dust, and mop hallways and public areas.
Report maintenance issues to the manager.
