Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented VP / AVP – Sales for the Lucknow location. The candidate will be responsible for leading business growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue generation for real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership capabilities, excellent market knowledge, and must join along with an existing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall sales operations for the Lucknow region
Drive individual as well as team revenue targets
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for business growth
Handle premium clients, investors, and high-value property deals
Monitor team performance, conversions, and revenue generation
Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead flow
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
Build strong relationships with channel partners and clients

Mandatory Requirement:




Candidate must join along with an active sales team
Proven track record of team performance and revenue generation
Strong team handling and retention capability
Experience in managing large sales teams preferred

Experience Required:
8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Minimum 3–5 years in leadership/team handling role

Candidates with an existing performing team
Strong knowledge of Lucknow real estate market
Experience in residential and commercial real estate sales
