ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect and generate leads, contact recent and existing customers, and negotiate deals to secure orders and payments.
Provide product/service information, support dealer teams, and liaise with financiers for delivery processing.
Keep customer data, prospects, and calendars up-to-date in CRM; ensure timely submission of travel expense reports.
Develop sales plans, identify business opportunities, and contribute insights on competitors and product enhancements
Collect voice-of-customer input to improve service and inform internal improvements.
Analyse orders and provide documentation and insights to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
