Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Develop recent business opportunities by identifying and onboarding current retail clients, bakeries, cafes, and restaurant chains.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Order Management: Take orders accurately, manage delivery schedules, and coordinate with the billing and dispatch team.




Product Placement & Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, rotated (FIFO method - First In, First Out), and available in all assigned outlets.
Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.
Payment Collection: Support the accounting team by ensuring timely collection of payments/debts from clients.
New Product Launch: Promote and distribute new product launches within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
Education: +2 (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication.
