Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Hearing Security Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, customer meetings, quotations, negotiations, and closing.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hearing/security solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad)
