Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to drive user acquisition, merchant onboarding, and app downloads through high-performing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and lead generation with a robust focus on ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Drive app installs, merchant acquisition, customer registrations, and lead generation for the Mera Payment App.
Monitor and improve campaign performance by optimizing CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising platforms.

Eligibility
Experience: 2–5 Years in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Languages: English & Tamil. Hindi is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
