Sales & Platform Reconciliation: Match daily POS totals, cash registers, credit card settlements, and third-party food delivery app payouts.
Cost & Inventory Control: Monitor food, beverage, and packaging inventory consumption, waste metrics, and gross margin targets.
Statutory Compliance: Manage calculations and timely filings for GST, TDS, and skilled tax, while coordinating with external tax consultants.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, cash flow forecasts, and management information system (MIS) reports.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee vendor billings, invoice approvals, credit terms, and staff payroll inputs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
