Job Descritpion of Technical Project Manager

10+ Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects, with a particular focus on the migration of on-premise RPA bots to the AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, a technical background, and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget.

Mandatory Skills (Minimum 5):
Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven managerial experience with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Technical knowledge in software development or IT infrastructure settings.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Positive-to-Have Skills (Minimum 2):
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)

Experience in RPA migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based project deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the migration of RPA bots from on-premise infrastructure to AWS Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensure successful on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage resolution paths.
Ensure strict adherence to timelines, adjusting plans as necessary to address deviations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that RPA solutions are effectively integrated with existing business processes.
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, insights, and post-project evaluations.
