Undergraduate/Graduate Require for International BPO

Job Role & Responsiblities -
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
Assist customers with orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with logistics, sellers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Update customer/order information accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
Meet daily/weekly targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company SOPs and data-security guidelines.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing and e-commerce platforms.
Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Freshers can apply if communication skills are valuable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
