The Dealer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers through regular telephonic interactions, generating orders, resolving dealer concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between dealers and the company to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Contact dealers regularly to collect orders and support sales growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers through proactive communication.
Address dealer queries, complaints, and service-related issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, payments, and product availability.
Inform dealers about new product launches, promotional schemes, and company offers.
Identify opportunities to increase order value and improve dealer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments and ensure timely closure.
Prepare daily call reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Support the sales team in strengthening the dealer network and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, dealer support, or FMCG sales coordination.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
