Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates, develop construction budgets, track daily expenditures, and manage contract negotiations.

Schedule Management: Develop realistic timelines, establish milestones, and adjust project schedules to account for weather, material shortages, or unforeseen delays.

Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with structural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Resource & Contractor Management: Procure necessary materials and equipment. Hire, assign, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to maximize efficiency.

Risk & Safety Management: Identify potential in office hazards, develop contingency plans, and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.





Stakeholder Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation (change orders, daily logs) and prepare progress reports for clients.
