Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Process and manage customer orders.
Coordinate with the production department regarding order status.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery updates.
Maintain customer records and sales databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Communicate with the accounts department regarding payments and invoices.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Schedule meetings and maintain sales documentation.
Update CRM/ERP software with customer and order information.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
