Job Responsibilities
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium extrusion products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve their queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order execution.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding orders and deliveries.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in the aluminium industry is an added advantage.
