Mentor (UPSC CSE & UPPSC)

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable, strategic, and empathetic Mentor to join our academic team. This role is designed for individuals who possess a deep understanding of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) examination patterns.

The ideal candidate is not just a teacher, but a strategist who can guide aspirants through the rigorous multi-stage journey of the Civil Services Examination.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Guidance: Develop personalized study plans and "roadmaps" for students based on their strengths and weaknesses in General Studies and CSAT.
Content Mastery: Provide insights into high-yield topics across the syllabus, including History, Geography, Polity, Economy, and Ethics.
UPPSC Specialization: Deliver targeted guidance on Uttar Pradesh-specific General Knowledge (UP Special), including state budget, geography, and current affairs.
Answer Writing Evaluation: Critically analyze and provide constructive feedback on Mains answer writing, focusing on structure, content quality, and time management.
Current Affairs Integration: Help students bridge the gap between static syllabus concepts and dynamic daily news.




Psychological Support: Act as a pillar of motivation, helping students manage the stress and "burnout" often associated with long-term preparation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Must have appeared for UPSC/UPPSC Mains at least twice or reached the Interview stage.
Deep familiarity with the changing trends of Prelims (conceptual clarity) and Mains (analytical depth).
Proficiency in English and Hindi (Bilingual) is essential to cater to a diverse student base.
