We're Hiring – Founder's Office Associate

Join a fast-growing Insurtech startup backed by Y Combinator, working directly with the Founders on strategy, business operations, fundraising, investor relations, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of strategic and operational priorities across teams.
Support fundraising activities, investor decks, financial models, and due diligence.
Manage investor communications and fundraising pipelines.
Prepare business reviews, reports, and management dashboards.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and growth chance assessments.
Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
2–6 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance,



Startup Operations, FinTech, or Insurtech.
Solid analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
MBA/CA/CFA preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Chembur, Mumbai
