Job Role
Deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury fine dining environment.
Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
Recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences.
Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams.
Maintain premium service standards and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Requirements
Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in fine dining is preferred.
Solid English communication skills are mandatory.
Cocktail knowledge is mandatory.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.




Well-groomed with a professional attitude.

Management Trainee (MT) Programme

Fresh graduates with a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in building a long-term career in luxury hospitality.
