Inside Sales Executive - Edtech

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales counseling or inside sales, with a passion for education technology and helping students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media).
Sales Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students regarding our Edtech solutions, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads, addressing queries and nurturing relationships to convert them into enrolled students.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings,



and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales counseling or inside sales, preferably in the Edtech industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
