Job Description:

A Cluster Manager for Bank Insurance (Bancassurance) leads insurance sales and bank partnerships across a group of bank branches. Key duties include driving revenue targets, managing front-line sales teams, and building relationships with bank branch heads. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Target Achievement: Drive life or health insurance revenue, volume, and customer acquisition goals across the assigned bank cluster. [1, 2]
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of Front Line Sales Managers or sales representatives. [1, 2]
Partner Relationship Management: Build solid daily ties with bank branch managers and regional staff to integrate insurance pitching into normal banking. [1, 2]
Training and Coaching: Conduct joint sales calls, product training sessions,



and reward programs for bank and sales personnel. [1, 2]
Compliance and Operations: Monitor business quality, policy persistency, and strict adherence to regulatory standards. [1, 2]

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any field; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of total experience in insurance sales, specifically within the banking (Bancassurance) channel.
Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading local sales teams.
Core Skills: Solid communication, relationship building, problem solving, and local market knowledge.
