Urgently hiring | Performance Marketer

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on analytics, experimentation, and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing current ideas, and making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise conversions.
Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.




Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Search Console
Experience managing lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a robust advantage.
