Telecaller – Ivory Dental Clinic | Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team.

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming patient enquiries.
Follow up with prospective patients.
Convert enquiries into appointments.
Coordinate with the front desk and maintain call records.
Provide a warm and skilled patient experience.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred).
Positive convincing and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary: Competitive + Attractive Incentives based on enquiry-to-appointment conversion.
