Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with company objectives. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to gather technical, commercial, and financial information, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and review relevant tender prospects from various sources, including government portals, industry websites, and client databases.
Analyze tender documents to understand scope, requirements, eligibility, and submission timelines.
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams to collect necessary inputs for tender preparation.
Prepare, compile,



and submit comprehensive tender proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor the status of submissions and follow up on clarifications.
Assist in the preparation of bid presentations and participate in pre-bid meetings when required.
Ensure all tender documentation is filed, archived, and accessible for audits or future reference.
