Manage the entire recruitment life cycle - from job posting to onboarding.
Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/ video/in-person).
Schedule interviews and manage coordination between candidates and hiring panels.
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting purposes.
Negotiate salary packages and assist in offer letter preparation.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and induction activities.
Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
