KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate banquet business through client acquisition and relationship building.
Handle banquet inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Upsell banquet services to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution.
Manage bookings, contracts,



and client follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
