Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring quality repairs, managing workshop operations, and achieving productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily service operations.
Allocate jobs and monitor work progress.
Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed as per company standards.
Support technicians in diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Ensure compliance with safety and workshop procedures.
Coordinate with service advisors and other departments for smooth operations.
Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills.
Maintain workshop discipline and housekeeping standards.





Requirements
3–5 years of experience in automobile service, including team handling.
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
