Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, handling B2B field sales activities, lead generation, and expanding the company’s market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through field sales activities.
Identify and develop potential B2B clients in the assigned territory.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market visits.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates regularly.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience
3+ years of experience in B2B field sales / business development.

Location
As per assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
