CTC: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Labour Liaison Officer to oversee and manage on-site workforce operations for real estate/construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between labour teams, contractors, and management while maintaining productivity, safety, and compliance.

Retired personnel from the Armed Forces / Defence Services are highly encouraged to apply due to their leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily labour activities at construction sites.
Act as a bridge between labourers, contractors, and site management.
Ensure proper labour allocation and optimal workforce utilization.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to site protocols.
Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Resolve in office labour issues, disputes, and grievances effectively.




Coordinate with vendors and contractors for manpower requirements.
Maintain basic records related to labour deployment and productivity.
Ensure timely reporting to senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle large teams in high-pressure environments.
Valuable communication and conflict resolution skills.
High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability.
Basic understanding of construction/site operations.
Physically active and comfortable working in office.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Retired Army / Navy / Air Force personnel preferred.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with labour laws and safety practices is a plus.

Compensation

CTC: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per Month

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
