ABOUT THE ROLE Salesworx.Ai is an AI Sales platform targeting $1 M ARR in 18 months across Skilled Services, Fintech, and Consulting verticals globally. We're looking for a GTM partner who has taken a B2 B AI product from zero to one — someone who can build the brand, generate demand at scale, and own the growth engine. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Define and execute the GTM strategy for Salesworx.Ai across US, UK, and India markets
Build brand presence — thought leadership, content, community, and analyst relationships
Design and run demand generation programs: inbound, outbound, partnerships, and PLG
Own pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and ARR contribution milestones
Work directly with the founder and product team as a core leadership partner WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
8+ years in B2 B AI/Saa S product marketing or growth — zero-to-one experience is essential
Demonstrated ability to build brand for a startup-stage product in a competitive market
Deep understanding of PLG, outbound, and ABM motions for Saa S
Solid network in the AI/Saa S ecosystem (investors, influencers, channel partners)
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and equity-first compensation
