Delivery Skills :
1.Deliver high quality, tested and secure code
Write well designed, testable, productive, high quality code base by using industry standard software development practices.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Understanding of database schemas, relational data design theory, and must have workable knowledge on PL/SQL.
Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Previous SharePoint development experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016
Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.

3.Perform thorough analysis and generate root-cause-analysis for any production issue
Provide necessary fixes and test the fixes to ensure no defect leakage.
Adherence to project processes and ensure SLA compliance.
Understanding of package deployment in different settings.

4.Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.
5.Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
