Position: Investment Banking Analyst

Location: Delhi

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and finance-oriented professional to join our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate should have solid financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and transaction execution skills, with a keen understanding of corporate finance and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, company research, and industry analysis.
Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation models.
Perform valuation using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions.
Support M&A;, fundraising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions.
Prepare pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), presentations, and transaction-related materials.
Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of transaction documentation.
Analyse financial statements and assess business performance and investment opportunities.
Conduct market and sector research and identify relevant industry trends.




Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, and other transaction stakeholders.
Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Financial Modelling and Valuation.
Valuable understanding of Investment Banking, M&A; and Corporate Finance.
Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Eligibility
Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A;, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Due Diligence, or related areas.
Candidates with solid exposure to financial modelling and transaction execution will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
