Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inbound, outbound, and internal transfers).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Implement FIFO / FEFO / client-specific inventory rotation methods.
Stock Audits & Reconciliation
Conduct periodic cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and reconciliations.
Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes of stock variances.
Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and clients.
System & Documentation Management
Update inventory data in WMS/ERP systems accurately and timely.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs and reporting standards.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth inventory operations.




Report inventory issues, discrepancies, or damages to the Inventory Manager promptly.
Assist in audits and client reviews when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in 3PL or warehousing.

Skills
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and MS Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
