Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Intern to join our US IT & Non-IT recruitment sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential US clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and promoting recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential US-based clients.
Contact clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand client hiring requirements and explain recruitment services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Interest in Sales, Business Development, Staffing or Recruitment.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
