What would a 'Business Development Associate' do?
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
Assists in the development of a solid pipeline of recent partners through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.

How we imagine you?
You should be a graduate/post graduate, doesn't matter what major.
Experience doesn't count, you are better off if you are coming right out of college
You have to have a great communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skill and solid ability to build client relationships
Be a multi tasker, Work well in multidiscipline/cross-functional teams.
Be proactive and take initiatives.
You gotta be the most enthusiastic and fun loving individual on the team
