The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
Postgraduate with MBA in Human Resources (HR)

Experience
3–4 years of experience in HR management.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
