We are looking for a motivated and hardworking GeM Operator cum Sales Executive to manage GeM portal operations and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
Create and update product/service catalogs and generate product links.
Search, analyze, and participate in GeM bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
Handle L1 creation, bid management, and tender documentation.
Prepare quotations, technical documents, and compliance-related paperwork.
Track orders, invoices, payments, and delivery status.
Generate new business prospects and identify potential clients.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and government buyers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.




Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of GeM activities, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements
Knowledge of GeM Portal operations, bidding, and tender processes.
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Prior experience in GeM operations, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
