Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated Consultant ENT Surgeon to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while contributing to clinical excellence and departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat ENT and head & neck disorders.
Provide OPD, IPD, emergency, and surgical services.
Perform ENT procedures and surgeries, including FESS, septoplasty, and tonsillectomy.
Manage hearing, balance, and airway disorders.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Requirements




MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
2–5 years of experience for Consultant level.
8–10 years of experience for Senior Consultant level.
Fellowship in an ENT subspecialty will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
