Welcome and assist walk-in customers and handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Explain aluminium window, door, façade, glass, and hardware solutions to customers.
Generate, update, and maintain customer enquiries, leads, and project details in the company software.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, meetings, and project status.
Schedule meetings with clients, architects, and Marketing Executives.
Coordinate with the Estimation, Marketing, Factory, and Site teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare meeting schedules, window design schedules, and maintain customer records in Excel.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
