About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Medical Affairs Manager to build and scale global medical partnerships. This role will own collaborations with international universities and medical associations, driving endorsements, MoUs, and high-impact academic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive international partnerships with universities, associations, and healthcare bodies.
Lead end-to-end MoU and endorsement deals - from outreach to closure.
Build co-branded programs, certifications, and academic collaborations.
Ensure medical accuracy, quality, and compliance across all initiatives.
Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to scale programs.
Represent the organization in global meetings, webinars, and conferences.
Track impact, optimize partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes.

Education & Skills:
- MBBS (mandatory)




MD preferred in: Pharmacology / Pathology / General Medicine / Internal Medicine
3–4 years in Medical Affairs / Healthcare Partnerships / Clinical Strategy
Proven experience in international tie-ups, MoUs, or institutional collaborations
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Additional Skills: (Preference)
- Experience in CME/CPD, digital health, or ed-tech platforms
Exposure to global medical ecosystems and accreditation systems
Existing network with international institutions or KOLs
