Role description
1. Initiate and drive current research projects with high TRL (Technology readiness level)
Understanding of R&D; projects and develop plan/proposal for scaleup or implementation.
Development of business case and feasibility study for research projects in discussion with all its stakeholders
Plan and execute plant trials based on findings obtained from R&D; project.
Flow sheet development, data generation, mass, and energy balance calculations at different stages of project prior to implementation at plant
Collaborate and work with suitable academic/industrial partners to accelerate the pace of creative projects.
Develop state of the art recent facilities in the specific area in which prior experience available
Skills
Understanding of Electric Steel making Process, Electric Arc Furnace
