Job Description:
Oversee project sales activities for steel pipes as AGM/DGM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
Cultivate relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and government agencies involved in infrastructure projects.
Lead negotiations for large-scale projects, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure productive project execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to identify growth prospects and mitigate risks.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their specific requirements.
Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
