Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Retail Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance guidance to ensure smooth functioning. The role involves maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with supply chain or central teams as needed. The manager will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and driving customer satisfaction and sales growth. This position also includes implementing retail loss prevention practices,



analyzing sales reports, and contributing to in-store promotions and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Track and manage inventory at the store.

Requirement:

- Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship building with customers.
- Good judgment & Integrity.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for results.
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar role.
- Good in retail management
