We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to manage day-to-day billing, cash counter operations, and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally software and be comfortable handling regular sales and purchase entries. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update ledgers accurately.

Handle extensive day-to-day operations using Tally software . Generate and raise sales invoices . Enter and maintain purchase entries and sales entries in Tally. Record cash and other daily business transactions.

Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Manage billing and cash-counter activities efficiently. Verify invoices and transaction details for accuracy. Assist with basic accounting and reconciliation work.

Maintain organized financial and transaction records.



Coordinate with the management/accounts team regarding billing and accounting requirements.

Minimum Requirements : Working knowledge of Tally software is mandatory. Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping. Knowledge of ledger maintenance, sales entries, purchase entries, and invoicing . Good numerical and calculation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. Basic computer knowledge. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate : Female candidates will be given first preference for this position. Candidates who are sincere, organized, comfortable working extensively on Tally, and interested in retail accounting and billing operations are encouraged to apply.
