Role Description Restaurant Crew Members at Chai4Public support daily operations by preparing tea and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages and snacks according to brand standards, handling basic cooking and food preparation tasks, and ensuring the service area is clean, stocked, and organized. Crew Members also assist with customer inquiries, manage point-of-sale transactions, and follow hygiene and safety guidelines.



This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dehradun, with primary work on-site and some work-from-home tasks such as basic reporting or coordination as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Cooking to consistently deliver quality menu items.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Fast Food operations, including working efficiently during peak hours.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with guests.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cleanliness in a restaurant environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced work setting.
- Prior experience in a café, fast food, or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
