Supervise and guide service staff during daily operations. Welcome customers and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Allocate tables and duties to service staff. Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely service.

Coordinate with the kitchen for order preparation and service. Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall outlet appearance.

Conduct daily pre-shift briefing for the service team. Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance. Train and guide current service employees. Ensure proper billing and POS procedures are followed.

Support upselling of food and beverage items. Check stock availability and inform the concerned person about shortages. Ensure opening and closing duties are completed properly. Prepare or support daily shift/service reports.

Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Coordinate with the Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
