Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
Respond promptly to emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-delivery support.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Collect customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Order Coordination
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, CAD, QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Track order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Ensure all customer requirements are clearly communicated to the production team.
Monitor shipment status and assist customers with delivery-related queries.
Maintain complete order documentation and communication records.

CRM & Data Management




Maintain accurate customer information in CRM software.
Update customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
Generate customer reports and maintain sales pipelines.
Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to improve retention.
Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy.

Customer Retention & Growth
Develop strategies to increase repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects.
Assist in customer engagement campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, jewelry brands, and distributors.
