Role : Operations Associate -Research & Content
Support counsellors by researching admissions, college lists, entrance exams, deadlines, summer programs, and competitions using AI tools and official university/government sources.
Create and organize transparent, structured reference documents that help counsellors answer parent and student queries confidently.
Assist in developing field and major exploration guides (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Biology, Design, Economics) outlining pathways, prerequisites, and prospects.
Track and update application timelines, eligibility criteria, and exam requirements across key study-abroad destinations.
Convert research into easy, student-friendly and parent-friendly summaries for internal use.
Learn to verify information accuracy and maintain high research and content quality standards under guidance.
Work schedule: Monday–Saturday (6 days a week)
