We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Assistant / Loan Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, customer relationship management, and financial documentation, with a solid commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with loan applications and explain available loan products.
Review loan applications and verify financial and supporting documents.
Coordinate with customers to obtain any missing information.
Conduct preliminary credit and eligibility assessments.
Process loan files and ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines.




Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
Prepare loan reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and lending procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and loan management or banking software.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
