Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Record, track, and document customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Support onboarding and guide customers on company services and processes.
Meet response time and service quality standards set by the organization.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and support metrics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
