Hiring: Senior Fashion Consultant | Luxury Couture

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant who understands luxury retail, styling, relationship building, and high-value sales.
What You'll Do
Consult clients on wedding, occasion, and luxury wardrobe requirements
Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with styling, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Manage appointments and maintain detailed client records
Mentor and support junior consultants when required

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in luxury fashion, couture, premium retail, or bridal/groom wear
Strong styling and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities




Proven sales performance in a target-driven workplace
Ability to understand client preferences and deliver personalized recommendations
Passion for fashion, luxury, and customer experience
