What you´ll do
Manage 3PL warehouse performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead governance meetings and performance reviews with logistics partners.
Manage warehouse contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
Ensure invoice validation and warehouse cost control.
Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of warehouse systems, including SAP, WMS, and EDI.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with third-party logistics providers.
Manage operational risks, audits, and escalations.
Act as the primary escalation point between internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.
Ensure SHEQ compliance and protected warehouse operations.
What makes you a good fit
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM, WMS, and EDI systems.
Robust knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and SHEQ compliance.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
Experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
