Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce planning requirements.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and facilitate selection processes.
Manage salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics such as:
Time-to-Hire
Cost-per-Hire
Offer Acceptance Rate
Quality of Hire




Source Effectiveness
Prepare recruitment dashboards and management reports.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
Build relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and skilled networks.
Lead, coach, and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.
Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
